Eligibility for Returns

At ShopZilla BD, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, we want to make it right. Please review our return eligibility criteria:

  1. Condition of the Product

    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage. For fashion items, the product may be tried on to check the fit, and this will still be considered as unworn.
  2. Original Packaging & Accessories

    • The product must be returned with its original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and any accessories that came with it.
    • The product should be returned in the original packaging/box, and it must be undamaged. If the product was delivered in ShopZilla BD packaging, please ensure to return the item in the same packaging. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
  3. Return Request

    • To initiate a return, a request must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Return requests can be submitted via the Help Gate website.
  4. Rejected Returns

    • If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return request. If the return is rejected, the item will be delivered back to you within 6-8 days.
    • Please note, if there are three (3) failed delivery attempts to return the item, it will be sent for scrap, and no refund will be issued.

We encourage you to carefully review your order upon receipt and initiate a return request promptly if necessary. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
